Four Weddings and a Funeral (1994)

First time watching this since i saw it at macclesfield cinema when it came out. There’s some likeable bits, the supporting cast is strong, but it lacks connective tissues to bind them into something actually good. The funeral is the emotional core of the film rather than the chemistry free love affair between hugh grant and andi macdowell. related fact: I saw Simon Callow on the train to finsbury park a couple of weeks ago.
