The Substance (2024)

Had it's moments but felt very thinkly stretched over the 140 minute run time. I found some of the mundane stuff more gross than the gory stuff cf. Denis Quaid eating prawns.

Also, Holywood has punitive standards of youth and beauty but we should be repulsed by ageing bodies, get yr story straight!
