Police Story (1985)

A real treat to see this on a big screen, kind of a shame they chose the sub-title version as I tend to prefer the dubs for kungfu films so my attentions not split between reading and following the action - no one is wathcign this for subtle line readings. Basically a showcase for Jackie Chan's physical gifts, but the supporting cast is great too. Made me want to re-watch some old brigette lin films. Also I felt nostalgic seeing all the old cars, and tape decks, and bathroom decor.
